For our first interview ever, we contacted Theos. He has an impressive collection and shares his passion on TikTok.
He graciously agreed to answer our questions and help us start this endeavor of getting to know and sharing the stories of the people in this wonderful community.

Q: What do you collect?
So I collect Lego and Funko Pop, and I have some other things like light sabers, helmets, figures, and more.
Q: Do you remember how it all started? What was the item that started your collection?
I think I started in mid-2020. The first item in my collection I can’t remember (because I got it when I was a kid) but for the Funko Pop collection, the first ones were Kylo Ren and BB8.
Q: What inspired you to start collecting? What keeps you going?
What inspired me… At first, I saw some TikToks where people showed expensive Lego minifigures and their value. I saw a lot of them, and found myself wanting them all 😂
My passion for collecting is maintained because I don’t need everything and I need them 😅.
Q: Do you have a favorite item or a piece that holds special meaning to you?
My favorite pieces are Mr. Gold, Jango Fett, and CC Boba Fett (my most valuable minifigure)
Q: What are some of the biggest challenges you face as a collector?
The biggest challenge is to find space 😂😂.
Q: Have you had any particularly memorable experiences related to your collection, such as finding a rare item or meeting other collectors?
I remember I bought a bulk of Lego and found some expensive Lego minifigures. This was so awesome 😍
Q: How has the collecting community influenced your collection?
I started to show my collection recently and some people love my collection. Some other guys are jealous 😔 but I try to maintain my relations with the good people 💪🏻💪🏻
Q: How do you display or organize your collection?
I display my collection on a shelf (you can see them in my pinned video on TikTok)
Q: Do you have any tips for other collectors?
Yeah, never give up! One day you will have everything you always wanted 🔥🔥
Like when I was a kid I always wanted some set, but never got them 😔 and now I have all of them.
Q: Do you have any future goals or plans for your collection?
I don’t think I have any goals now. Maybe buy some set I wanted.
I got the skill now. I know the value of many Lego minifigures (some people see them as cheap minifigures, but I have learned not to miss the good ones).
